Description
Generate the Java Service Wrappe and Cruise Control configuration files
In addition to generating the Java Service Wrapper configuration, this also calls CruiseControl#Docs-Generate.
Usage
ctl -t CruiseControlService -o <objectname> -c Docs-Generate [-installroot <>] [-packagebase <>]
