Command Reference
Description
Extract the package archive.
Uses rpm to check whether the package is already installed, then yum to either install or update the package.
Usage
ctl -t YumRpm -o <objectname> -c extract [-base <>] -filename <> [-filtersfile <>] -installroot <> [-script <>] -url <> -usesudo <>
