Generate the server properties file
Usage
ctl -t HsqldbRdb -o <objectname> -c Docs-Generate [-database <db1>] [-hostname <localhost>] [-hsqldbhome <${entity.deployment-install-root}>] [-password <>] [-port <1701>] [-username <sa>]
Options
