Stop the Hypersonic SQL database server instance
Usage
ctl -t HsqldbRdb -o <objectname> -c stopService [-database <db1>] [-hsqldbhome <${entity.deployment-install-root}>] [-javahome <${env.JAVA_HOME}>]
